Omega recommended this site to me last night and frankly I find it fascinating. We have a core team but adding a boomkin and affliction Lock would be about perfect in our eyes and is obviously supported by this sites data.

For those interested in checking their spec versus top players specs, filter by ladder type and then by class. Then open that players page where you can then click on his name and go to his blizzard page and see exactly what he has for gear, enchants, talents, and glyphs. Pretty interesting stuff if you like PvP :).
