Introduction

Hi guys,

Im kind of new to the guild and i want to introduce myself.
My name is Vincent van Houten from the Netherlands.
32y old, navy veteran(submarines / SF ) , engineer,fitness and gym junkie and yes…. i play WoW.
Odd combination isnt it? but yea thats me …

About my relationship with WoW and Blizzard:

Also in that im what you would call old school.(playing blizz since 1993 ish)
Ask me anything pre Cata and i probably know it or i have done some special pre quest to summon a extra boss like the one on the balcony in Karazhan.
If there is someone that doesnt know where that is …ill explain.
Travel to Goldshire… head for duskwood and continue west…youll enter a narrow dark vallay… head south when you can and there it is ^^*

I Started WoW late 2002 … yes 2002. Warcraft3 just came out but i had a friend working for blizz.
He told me : “dude… we are making this epic new thing but i cant tell you”
me : oh come on b**ch i helped you out with that girl right.( he is now married with her and they have 2 kids)
him: its like warcraft3 but then online bigger and beter ( battlenet was just a new thing then/ it was the setup of the game that you play now)
me: show me!!!!( so he got me a spot as an Alpha tester a few months later)
The character i created then still exist . his name is Arodon! and im very proud of him 😀

Since the very first beginning , i only have been on 2 realms ( i migrated to grim batol in early 2009 or 2010) and in 3guilds. This being my 3rd or 4th… i cant remember.
I do have my own solo guild called Mercenary League.
The name is a spin-off of the name of my 2nd guild ever in wich i served since 2006 if not longer.
League of Dusk was there name and i used to be a Raid leader/2nd Guild leader , guild historian for a while.
Mercenary League is a place where i have all my alts and my main shammy and …. Arodon(my first and oldest char)

they are also at this guilds disposal if needed.
Just never ask me to dps.
I always healed or tanked.
Tried dps once…. NEVER AGAIN!

I also just happen to collect tcg (trade card game) and yes i have most of there loot.
Dont collect it anymore since it is rather expensive and it is not made anymore.
I had 3 swift spectral tigers and there lvl 60 variants …( damm you blizz for making mounts on one char also usable on the other)
What can i say… i just love that mount.
