The guild is still searching for someone from within our ranks to start a Rated Battleground Team.
Failing internal volunteers for the position of RBG Team Leader, I will be forced to look outside the guild to bring someone in who will be tasked with carving out a regular team to take on the horde scum and push for guild and personal achievements.
Whether any lead candidate comes from inside or outwith the guild, our ethos as a guild will remain intact. Any Dambusters team will be expected to act favourably towards other guild members and our Alliance friends around the server as always.
Here’s the fun part however. A RBG team can get together for other activities such as destroying every horde in sight at the Isle of Thunder, kicking off wars with them red folks on the other side! You could stake claim during agreed times that you are all online to hold a specific area of the island and kill anyone who comes within 100 yards! These types of activities are great for a guild, killing things together as a group, laying waste with the attitude of red = dead wherever you go. Getting ganked? Call your guildies to come to the rescue, if you play in a pvp team then you are likely to wanna get your buddies’ backs when they need your help.
Anyone looking to kick-start such activities will have my full backing as long as you commit to it.
Pick a night – not a Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday as these are the guild’s main and old school raid nights. Any one of Friday, Monday or Tuesday should see attendance from myself as long as it’s not too late although if it’s too late for me but you can get a regular team going, I would rather that.
As with any organised group activity in the guild, solid and committed leadership will result in an officer position befitting what you have proven capable of achieving. I just need someone to pull that group together and grab the bull by the horns to actually do it!

I would love to lead an RBG team, I have no routine or schedule to my life at the moment, but soon enough hopefully I can set aside an evening..
If someone decides to try to step up and lead the team, I can be used as assistant.. and I can start right now with my reccommendation for team layout..:
DK tank. 3 heals, all different, priest, pally, druid., 2 locks, 1 mage, 1 warrior, 1 rogue, 1 hunter.
Thats how I would set it up anyway for maximum kill effect.
Feel free to get it off the ground Mary, I would personally love to see you coming of age as a RBG leader if not permanently, at least til you get a team together and find a more permanent leader for when you can’t make it due to real life.
Nothing would be more powerful than the guild enforcer pulling a squad together!
