Having Two Raid Teams

• There are too many people for one team

• Those not selected for Ironwall still deserve to raid. Not all who initially trial with Stonewrought will be good enough. Heroic progression is not ‘easy’ even if it can be pugged.

• Ironwall/Stonewrought will feed to/from each other

• It’s hard at first. Things need time to settle but we will get there. People with no trust in me or no vision who leave Stonewrought are really not helping. If you don’t believe in it, just leave.

• If you think you are too good for Stonewrought, prove it and Ironwall will be interested in you. If you can’t be patient, leave.

• Stop thinking about what the team can do for you and do your part for the team! This is not a dedicated raid guild so if you only want to raid and contribute nothing else, this is not the place.

• Don’t tell me a ‘second team will never work’ when this guild is living proof that not only does it work, but it’s incredible when it does.

• If you don’t like the way The Dambusters is managed, fuck off. This is not a democracy or a negotiation 😁
