The ‘Guild Events Organiser’ will instigate, orchestrate and maintain regular raid and non-raid events to supply the guild with morale boosting team sessions at regular intervals allowing guild members on differing schedules the opportunity to participate at convenient times where possible.
Communicates directly with Guild Leader, Raid Leaders and other prominent guild members who want to lead teams to forge viable schedules that facilitate maximum participation.
Will consider requests from guild members for desired events but must ensure only viable options are taken onboard to ensure quality of activities takes precedence over sheer quantity.
