As a Dambusters Flight Sergeant or Warrant Officer in a general capacity, you are expected to uphold the Dambusters’ standards of excellence at all times while playing the game or interecting with the wider WoW community. Specifically selected by the Guild leader to represent the guild as a respected member of the community in a general sense type role, a General Officer will display exemplary leadership skills and be approachable for guild members and people around the server to provide expertise and knowledge of the Dambusters community so that people are furnished with the right information about the guild and how we operate.
Close ties with the Guild Leader is crucial in this role to ensure guidance towards fulfilling your objectives as a leader in the guild. All guild members will be expected to respect people in this role and pay attention when the General Officer provides information at any given time.
